Timberline Buildings Warranty

Timberline Buildings, LLC hereby guarantees its workmanship for up to 5 years after building completion. This 5 year limited warranty covers any workmanship that is deemed to be faulty including issues related to roof leaks, door latches, siding, trim, and accessory installation, etc.

Material warranties are per manufacturer, as applicable.

This warranty does not cover issues related to concrete cracking or site related issues.

Total contract price of building must be paid in full for warranties to apply.
